Rental Rates
Pick-up days are always free. You aren’t charged for your Return day, but you must return the gear no later than 1:00 p.m. Rental rates apply to all days in between, including holidays.
Junior Packages
Must meet all criteria:
- Age: 12 years or younger
- Weight: 100 lbs or less
- Ski Length: 150cm or less
Rental Reservations
Reservations can be made 3 days in advance. There are 2 ways to make a reservation:
- In person – Come in and get fitted for equipment and reserve 3 days early.
- By phone – You aren’t charged for your return day, but you must return the gear no later than 1:00 p.m. Rental rates apply to all days in between, including holidays.
Reservation Cancellations
Upon cancellation, a store credit will be issued for the full rental amount, minus $10 per rental for set-up and restocking.
Rental Insurance
Insurance can be purchased for 20% of the rental price. It covers all damage to equipment upon inspection by a staff member. Lost or stolen equipment is not covered. Insurance is required on Elite Package rentals.
Early Returns
Store credit will be given for any unused days.
Late Returns
Rentals are due no later than 1:00 p.m. Returns made after 1:00 p.m. are considered late and will be charged for that day. Any equipment that remains out after the return date will be charged for additional days at the daily rate.
Store Credits
Must be used in the current season. Redeemable throughout the store for rentals, shop services and store merchandise.
